Ingredients: water, xylitol, natural apricot flavorings, citric acid, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), preservatives: potassium sorbate; green tea extract; chromium chloride.

Daily dosage (4 sprays) contains:

Vitamin B12 1200 µg (48 % NRV*)
Chromium 40 µg (100 % NRV*)
Green tea extract     0,5 mg

Usage

For adults: using for the first time, remove the protective film and press the spray 3 times until the liquid starts to flow. Shake well before each use. Spray 4 times in the mouth or directly onto the inner cheek. Securely close the bottle after each use.

The recommended daily intake for an adult is 4 sprays.

Once opened, use within 6 months. Store at room temperature, protect from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
